Short answer

If you quote house washes and flatwork over the phone and want satellite measuring, before photos and e-signatures in one app, QuoteIQ Beginner at $99.99/mo is the fit. If you only want the cheapest quotes and invoices, QuoteIQ Essentials is $29.99/mo.

Working solo and want automatic quote follow-ups for the least money? Jobber Connect is $139/mo, or $99/mo billed annually, and Jobber's trial needs no card. If your first plan has to include online booking from Google and review management, Housecall Pro Basic is $79/mo, or $59/mo billed annually.

Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you subscribe through one we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you, and it never decides what we recommend. Details.

Most "best software" lists for this trade come from software companies that rank themselves first. We get paid too. QuoteIQ pays us 40% of what you pay it, the biggest commission on this site. Jobber and Housecall Pro pay on different terms. That's why every price below is the vendor's own number, and why we say plainly where QuoteIQ costs more. We kept the field short on purpose, since you need the plan that fixes what's costing you jobs right now.

Several of these rows have a no-software fix as well, and the pages on quoting without driving out, follow-up, missed calls, damage claims and rebooking past customers cover them.

Our Picks by Situation

One truck, tight budget

QuoteIQ Essentials, $29.99/Mo

Estimates, invoices, scheduling, card and ACH payments and recurring jobs for one user, at $25/mo paid yearly ($299.99). If all you do is send invoices, Square Invoices is the honest answer, with a $0 plan that includes estimates and contracts (invoice card payments 3.3% + 30¢).

Measure without driving out

QuoteIQ Beginner, $99.99/Mo

MapMeasure Pro measures area and perimeter on the satellite view inside the estimate, with a linear mode for fences and gutters. The plan covers two users and includes before/after photos and e-signatures. Trees can hide a roofline, so keep "price confirmed on arrival" on the quote.

Try it without a card

Jobber or Housecall Pro

Jobber gives you 14 days on its Grow plan with no card, and Housecall Pro gives 14 days with no card (its FAQ says on Max). Both trials run on a bigger plan than most solo owners buy, so note which features you actually used. QuoteIQ's trial needs a card. See Housecall Pro plans.

Online booking and reviews on plan one

Housecall Pro Basic, $79/Mo

$59/mo billed annually for 1 user, with 24/7 booking from Google or your website and review management listed. A plain booking form costs less on Jobber Core, which lists "Book and schedule jobs online" at $49, or $29/mo annually. QuoteIQ's instant quote and booking start at $299.99 (Elite).

See Housecall Pro Plans
Automatic follow-ups, solo owner

Jobber Connect, $139/Mo

$99/mo billed annually, 1 user. QuoteIQ Pro is $199.99 but covers 4 users and includes satellite measuring, so a solo owner pays $60.99/mo less with Jobber ($67.67/mo less on annual billing). At four people the gap closes (table below).

4$199.99 ($166.67)$199 ($149)Connect, 5 users (cheaper than 1 user + 3 extras)

Monthly price, with the annual-billing price per month in brackets. QuoteIQ Pro includes 4 users. Jobber lists "Add users for $29/mo each". We assume the same $29 on annual billing. Pricing pages read October 12, 2026.

A second login narrows the monthly gap to $31.99, and at four people Jobber's 5-user Connect costs $199 against QuoteIQ Pro's $199.99, so the choice comes down to features.

The Full Comparison

Where a vendor ties a feature to a plan, the cell names it. Where it doesn't, the cell says so, because guessing which tier unlocks a feature is how owners end up on the wrong one.

As listed on each vendor's pricing page, October 12, 2026. QuoteIQ's page lists a 14-day free trial with a card required, but a discount pop-up on that same page says its offer is billed in full at checkout, so read the terms before entering a card.

QuoteIQ has the cheapest entry plan and the only built-in satellite measuring, but its automation, booking and review features sit on higher tiers, and for one person either of the other two is often cheaper there. Our QuoteIQ review goes deeper, as do QuoteIQ vs Jobber and Jobber vs Housecall Pro.

How we compared

Based on each vendor's pricing and help pages, read October 12, 2026, plus owner threads (PressureWashingResource, the Grime Scene, Window Cleaning Resource) and app-store and Capterra reviews. We did not run hands-on trials. Where a vendor doesn't tie a feature to a plan, we say so rather than guess. How we research.

What Owners Actually Say

"I have thoroughly enjoyed jobber, worth every penny."

Carl_Nesseler, PressureWashingResource forum, Apr 2017

Recent Housecall Pro complaints are about cost, and this reviewer isn't a pressure washer.

"the pricing can feel high for smaller businesses."

Housecall Pro reviewer, Capterra, Sep 2026

QuoteIQ's App Store reviews praise remote quoting and flag freezes.

"I particularly love the remote quoting feature, which allows me to send accurate quotes quickly."

QuoteIQ App Store review, via JustUseApp, undated

"when I am quoting a large job with lots of descriptions it will freeze QuoteIQ on the final page"

QuoteIQ App Store review, via JustUseApp, undated

Take these as pointers. The Jobber praise is from 2017, the Housecall Pro review comes from outside the trade, and the QuoteIQ reviews carry no date. None of them replaces running one real quote through a trial.

Do I Even Need Software Yet?

"I know there are several great products out there for doing this but I'm not busy enough to use an app like Jobber yet."

r/pressurewashing post, mirror snapshot, undated

"I'm just paranoid about spending money on a service I've always had a smaller, free version of."

KNBExteriors, PressureWashingResource forum, Mar 2017

Software pays when it wins back more than it costs, and you can test that on one job with your own average ticket.

  1. Entry planAs an example, your average job is $350 (use yours). One extra job covers QuoteIQ Essentials for almost a year.$350 ÷ $29.99 = 11.7 months
  2. Follow-upsJobber Connect ($139/mo) breaks even on one silent quote won back every two and a half months, and QuoteIQ Pro ($199.99) on just over half a job a month.$139 ÷ $350 = 0.4 jobs/mo · $199.99 ÷ $350 = 0.57 jobs/mo
  3. MeasuringOne owner on the Grime Scene logged 1.5 hours per in-person estimate and closed about a third. Skip four drives a month and you get 6 hours back. As an example, at $75 an hour that is $450 of time against QuoteIQ Beginner's $99.99.4 × 1.5 hr × $75 = $450

A few calls a week that you answer every time, with quotes chased by hand from a list, don't need software yet. A free invoice app, our invoice template and the follow-up scripts will carry you that far. The math flips once you're driving to bids you lose or finding quotes you forgot to chase, and the leak calculator will put a dollar figure on it from your own numbers.

Questions Owners Ask

What is the best software for a pressure washing business?

The one that fixes what's costing you money. For quoting without driving out, that's QuoteIQ Beginner ($99.99/mo), the only one of the three with satellite measuring. For solo follow-ups it's Jobber Connect ($139/mo, $99 billed annually), and for online booking plus reviews on the first plan it's Housecall Pro Basic ($79/mo, $59 annually).

Is there free pressure washing software?

Square Invoices has a $0 plan (invoice card payments 3.3% + 30¢), and ResponsiBid lists a free Startup plan. QuoteIQ starts at $29.99 a month, Jobber at $49 and Housecall Pro at $79.

Which pressure washing software has satellite measuring?

Of the three, only QuoteIQ has it, as MapMeasure Pro on Beginner ($99.99/mo) and up. Jobber doesn't have it built in, and we found none on Housecall Pro's pages.

Can I try QuoteIQ without a credit card?

No. Its pricing page lists a 14-day trial and asks for a card, while a separate discount pop-up there warns that its offer is billed in full at checkout, so read the terms first. Jobber and Housecall Pro both give 14 days with no card.

Why can't I find QuoteIQ on r/pressurewashing?

Its moderators banned QuoteIQ links in June 2024, and the sub has a "No CRM or SaaS" rule. What the mods said, and what it means for a buyer, is in our QuoteIQ review.
