Verdict

Pick QuoteIQ if you quote house washes and flatwork remotely. Satellite measuring (Beginner, $99.99/mo, 2 users) has no built-in Jobber equivalent, and QuoteIQ's entry plan costs less too, $29.99 against $49.

Pick Jobber if you work alone and want automated quote follow-ups, since Connect is $139/mo ($99 billed annually) against $199.99 for QuoteIQ Pro, and online booking also starts on a cheaper Jobber plan. Its trial doesn't ask for a card either.

With four people who want follow-ups, the monthly prices sit a dollar apart ($199.99 vs $199), Jobber comes out ahead on annual billing, and QuoteIQ throws in the measuring.

Both companies pay us when you subscribe, and QuoteIQ's 40% of every payment is more than anyone else on this site pays, so check our math. About five of the top nine search results for this comparison come from QuoteIQ or people linked to its founders, and the one independent page we found still shows QuoteIQ's old prices ($74.99 and $149.99). Every number below comes from each vendor's own pricing page as of October 12, 2026.

Monthly price, with the annual-billing price per month in brackets. QuoteIQ: plan price + $25 per extra user. Jobber: "Add users for $29/mo each." We assume the same $29 on annual billing; if Jobber charges differently there, the bracketed Jobber figures with extra users change. For 4 people, Connect's 5-user plan ($199) is cheaper than 1 user + 3 extras ($226). Jobber also offers a 1-year commitment price billed monthly (Core $39, Connect $119, Connect 5 users $169). Note that Core includes online booking and QuoteIQ Essentials doesn't. Prices as listed on both pricing pages, October 12, 2026.

Annual totals make the gaps plainer. Working alone, you'd pay $811.99 more a year for QuoteIQ Pro ($1,999.99) than for Jobber Connect ($1,188). At four people the gap shrinks to $211.99 ($1,999.99 against $1,788), with satellite measuring included. The entry plans go the other way, since QuoteIQ Essentials costs $48.01 a year less than Jobber Core billed annually ($299.99 against $348). The calculator on our QuoteIQ pricing page runs QuoteIQ for any headcount.

As listed on both vendors' pricing pages, October 12, 2026; Jobber price history from CostBench. QuoteIQ's trial runs 14 days and needs a card. A discount pop-up on the same pricing page describes the offer as billed in full, so the checkout terms are worth reading.

Heavy tree cover defeats a satellite view, as one QuoteIQ user found when mapping turned out "hard to do in my area (wooded areas) due to google maps having trees in the way." Online booking forms have their own weakness, which is that they take whatever the customer types, and window cleaners using ResponsiBid found customers "would have 40% or more windows than what they entered." Either way, "price confirmed on arrival" belongs on every remote quote. The remote estimates guide shows how to word it.

Choose QuoteIQ or Jobber

Choose QuoteIQ If

  • Your house washes and flatwork get quoted by phone, and you want satellite measuring inside the estimate (Beginner, $99.99, 2 users).
  • The cheapest entry plan matters most, at $29.99 against $49.
  • Three or four of you need follow-ups, since Pro covers 4 users for $199.99 with measuring included.
  • Before/after photos and signed terms belong on the same job record as the estimate, with deposits carrying over to the invoice.

Choose Jobber If

  • You work alone and want automated follow-ups for less ($139, or $99 billed annually).
  • Online booking on a cheap plan is the priority. Jobber has it on Core, QuoteIQ only on Elite.
  • You'd rather test it without putting a card down.
  • A general field-service tool that pressure washers have used for years sounds better to you than a trade-specific app.

Trying Jobber means trying its Grow plan ($199/mo, $149 annual), so write down which features you lean on during the trial and check that they're on Core or Connect before you buy.

What Owners Say

"Scheduling is a breeze, its all on a nice easy to use phone app."

Carl_Nesseler, PressureWashingResource forum, Apr 2017

"Great customer service, easy to use, and it makes every thing look very clean and professional."

Clean1, PressureWashingResource forum, Apr 2017

Those two comments are from 2017, so Jobber's following in the trade goes back years. The pushback is cost.

"I know there are several great products out there for doing this but I'm not busy enough to use an app like Jobber yet."

Jobber's prices did rise in 2026. On the QuoteIQ side, one App Store reviewer praised how closely it fits the trade.

"seems to be dialed in with everything specifically tailored towards a pressure washing business."

The QuoteIQ review covers the rest, including freezes on big quotes and the r/pressurewashing ban. Jobber vs Housecall Pro and Jobber alternatives are the next stops if Jobber stays on your list.

Questions Owners Ask

Is QuoteIQ cheaper than Jobber?

On entry plans it is, at $29.99 against $49 a month. For automated follow-ups it isn't if you work alone, because QuoteIQ Pro is $199.99 and Jobber Connect is $139 ($99 billed annually). At four users the monthly prices nearly match, $199.99 against $199.

Does Jobber have satellite measuring?

No, not built in. Jobber connects to Deep Lawn for lawns, but for a house wash or flatwork you'd measure by hand on Google Maps. QuoteIQ puts MapMeasure Pro on Beginner, at $99.99/mo.

Which one can I try without a credit card?

Jobber gives you 14 days on the Grow plan with no card. QuoteIQ lists 14 days too, with a card required, and a pop-up on its pricing page describes a discount offer as billed in full, so the checkout terms matter.

Which is better for a two-person crew?

Two people who want satellite measuring plus photos and e-signatures get them on QuoteIQ Beginner, which includes two users, for $99.99. If follow-ups are the goal, Jobber Connect with one extra user comes to $168 ($128 billed annually, assuming the $29 add-on applies), against $199.99 for QuoteIQ Pro.
