QuoteIQ fits a one- or two-person house wash and flatwork shop that quotes by phone. Beginner ($99.99/mo, 2 users) is where satellite measuring, before/after photos and e-signatures arrive, in the same app as your estimates and invoices. If sending a quote and collecting the money is all you need, Essentials at $29.99/mo covers it.
Skip it for now if you work alone and mostly want automatic follow-ups, because Jobber Connect costs less for one user. The same goes for anyone who expects instant online booking without paying $299.99/mo, whose jobs sit under heavy tree cover, or who won't put a card down to try it.

QuoteIQ pays us 40% of every payment its customers make, for as long as they stay, which is the largest commission on this site. The weak spots below get as much room as the strengths. Every price comes from QuoteIQ's own pricing page as of October 12, 2026. There is no score at the end.

What It Does Well for Pressure Washing
Satellite Measuring Inside the Estimate
A Grime Scene member who tracked his own numbers spent 1.5 hours on every in-person estimate and won about a third of them, which is a lot of unpaid driving. MapMeasure Pro goes after that. You trace the area and perimeter on the satellite view while the customer is still on the phone, and a linear mode handles fences and gutters. Veterans already do this in Google Earth, but here the measurement lands in the quote. Our remote estimates guide covers what to ask on the call.
"I really like the mapping measurements and the 28 point check list that version had."

Before and After Photos That Line Up
Photos taken in QuoteIQ Cam go onto the job record, and a "ghost overlay" helps you frame the after shot to match the before. Pair that with an e-signed estimate listing pre-existing conditions and you have an answer for the customer who says you killed her shrub. Both start on Beginner. The damage claims guide and the pre-job photo checklist cover the routine.
Options Instead of Discounts
The $99 guy will always be in your inbox. QuoteIQ's answer is a quote where the customer picks a tier, and it says you can "Present Good/Better/Best pricing tiers that let customers choose their service level." Three choices beat a discount, and our price shoppers page explains why. The pages we read didn't say which plan includes this, so ask during the trial.
Payments and Deposits
Card and ACH payments come with every plan. QuoteIQ's line is "A deposit paid on the estimate carries over to the invoice," which keeps a big commercial job from turning into two stacks of paperwork.
Built Around This Trade
Pressure washing and soft washing head QuoteIQ's list of industries, ahead of window cleaning, gutter cleaning and Holiday & Christmas Lighting, and every plan includes recurring jobs. One App Store reviewer said it "seems to be dialed in with everything specifically tailored towards a pressure washing business."
Watch Out For
The Features Owners Want Most Sit on Higher Tiers
The $29.99 plan covers quotes, invoices and payments, and the features owners ask about sit on the plans above it.
| You want | Lowest plan | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Satellite measuring, photos and e-signatures | Beginner | $99.99 |
| Automated quote follow-ups | Pro | $199.99 |
| Instant online quote and booking, mass campaigns and automated review requests | Elite | $299.99 |
For example, a solo owner who wants measuring and follow-ups pays $199.99 a month, not $29.99. Jobber's equivalent of the follow-ups is $139 for one user, without the measuring.
The Trial Needs a Card, and the Page Contradicts Itself
The pricing page FAQ and the help center both promise a 14-day trial with a card required to start. Then a discount pop-up on that same page, the one pushing "up to 40% off your annual plan," says its offer is billed in full at checkout. Read the terms before you enter the card, and start on monthly billing so annual is a decision for after the trial.
Freezes and Trees
"when I am quoting a large job with lots of descriptions it will freeze QuoteIQ on the final page"
QuoteIQ App Store review, via JustUseApp, undated
A second reviewer called mapping "hard to do in my area (wooded areas) due to google maps having trees in the way." A satellite measurement is only as good as the photo under it, so put a "price confirmed on arrival" line on every remote quote.
A Lot of App
One Capterra reviewer wrote that "There are a ton of features, so information overload does occur." A shop that only sends quotes and invoices will never touch most of that menu.
Few Independent Reviews
Capterra lists 6 reviews, all five stars, four of them dated the same day (March 13, 2026) and one marked vendor-invited. G2 has a single review, one star, which reads "It looked very good visually, but when I started using it it had a lot og bugs and they don't fic them quickly." An App Store review is even titled "Developer removes critical reviews." None of this proves anything, but it is thin independent evidence for a product with this much marketing.
The Reddit Ban, Explained
Searching r/pressurewashing for QuoteIQ turns up nothing, and the reason is a ban. QuoteIQ's press page says the company was co-founded in 2023 by Mike Vidan (YouTube) and Justin Rogers (Forever Self Employed). On June 12, 2024, the r/pressurewashing moderators pinned a post titled "QuoteIQ and Forever Self Employed links are now completely banned from this subreddit." They wrote that the companies, or people acting for them, had pushed to get posts critical of them removed, including with legal threats.
We read that post on public mirrors, so we know it exists. We can't verify the mods' claims, and QuoteIQ's side isn't in the post. The sub also has a general "No CRM or SaaS" rule, so you won't find much talk about any software there.
The useful move is to judge the software and leave the drama alone. QuoteIQ lists no contracts and no cancellation fees, so pay monthly, run it on live quotes during the trial, and cancel if it doesn't earn its keep.
App Store Ratings
Both figures were read on October 12, 2026. An average hides the complaint that would hurt you, so read the low-star reviews.
We did not test QuoteIQ hands-on, and nothing on this page claims we did. It rests on QuoteIQ's own pricing and help pages and its feature pages (all read October 12, 2026), plus app store, Capterra and G2 reviews and the public mod post on r/pressurewashing. Prices and features change, so check the pricing page before you buy. How we research.
Which Plan for Which Owner
| You are… | Plan | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Solo; you just need quotes, invoices and to get paid | Essentials | $29.99 |
| Driving out to bid, or worried about damage claims | Beginner | $99.99 |
| 2-4 people and quotes go silent | Pro | $199.99 |
| Solo and quotes go silent | Compare Jobber Connect ($139) first | $199.99 |
| Missing calls at night; want online quotes, booking and past-customer campaigns | Elite | $299.99 |
| 11-20 people | Elite + extra users (cheaper than Max for seats alone) | $324.99-$549.99 |
Elite with 11 to 20 users: $299.99 + $25 per user over 10. Max ($699.99) makes sense only if you want its website builder, sales tracking or crew management.
Alternatives
Jobber is the closer match if the tiering puts you off and you work alone, since its follow-ups cost less and its trial needs no card, though it has no built-in measuring. QuoteIQ vs Jobber has the numbers. Housecall Pro fits better when missed calls are the leak, because online booking and reviews start on a $79 plan (QuoteIQ vs Housecall Pro). On paper, yes. The pricing page lists 14 days and asks for a card up front, while a pop-up discount on that same page says its offer is billed in full, so confirm what you're agreeing to at checkout.
Is QuoteIQ good for pressure washing?
It's built around the trade, and measuring, photos, options estimates and deposits match how house wash and flatwork jobs get sold. The catch is price, because measuring starts at $99.99/mo and automated follow-ups at $199.99/mo.
Why is QuoteIQ banned on r/pressurewashing?

Can I cancel QuoteIQ anytime?
The pricing page lists no contracts or cancellation fees. Annual plans are billed upfront and we found no refund policy for them, so start monthly.
