Short answer

Monthly cost = plan price + $25 × (people − users included)

From October 2026 a new subscriber pays $29.99 (Essentials, 1 user), $99.99 (Beginner, 2), $199.99 (Pro, 4), $299.99 (Elite, 10) or $699.99 (Max, 20) a month, and paying a year upfront saves two months. A solo owner who wants satellite measuring is at $99.99. Adding automated follow-ups takes that to $199.99.

The October 2026 Price Change

Existing customers got a fair deal, since the help center says "New prices from October 2026 — already subscribed? You keep your price." The side effect is that old prices are still all over the web, on QuoteIQ's own affiliate page and comparison pages, in Capterra's FAQ and in several third-party reviews.

PlanOld price (still shown on many pages)New price from Oct 2026Change
Beginner$74.99$99.99+$25.00 (+33%)
Pro$149.99$199.99+$50.00 (+33%)

Old prices as seen on QuoteIQ's affiliate and comparison pages and Capterra's FAQ, October 2026. Monthly billing. We didn't find old prices for the other plans. An even older, undated table on JustUseApp shows $39 and $89 plans plus a $12.99 map add-on.

A review that quotes $74.99 for satellite measuring is quoting a price a new account can no longer get.

What Your Team Will Pay

Count only the people who need a login, because a helper who shows up and sprays may not need one.

Your team

Extra users are $25/mo on every QuoteIQ plan. Prices as listed on QuoteIQ's pricing page, October 2026.

Monthly cost by plan
PeopleEssentialsBeginnerProElite
1$29.99$99.99$199.99$299.99
2$54.99$99.99$199.99$299.99
3$79.99$124.99$199.99$299.99
4$104.99$149.99$199.99$299.99
5$129.99$174.99$224.99$299.99

Monthly billing, $25 per user above the plan's included users. Taxes and processing fees not included.

At four people, Beginner plus two extra users comes to $149.99. Pro costs $50 more, which is the price of its automated follow-ups and QuickBooks sync, texting included. At eight people, Pro with four extra users costs the same $299.99 as Elite. From nine up, Elite is the cheaper plan and adds online booking.

Max never wins on seats alone, because Elite with 20 users is $549.99 against $699.99 for Max. Buy Max for the website builder, sales tracking or crew management, and leave the logins out of that decision.

What Annual Billing Saves

Plan12 × monthlyAnnual priceYou save
Essentials$359.88$299.99$59.89
Beginner$1,199.88$999.99$199.89
Pro$2,399.88$1,999.99$399.89
Elite$3,599.88$2,999.99$599.89
Max$8,399.88$6,999.99$1,399.89

Paying a year upfront is a bet on a tool you haven't run a quote through yet. The pricing page lists a 14-day trial with a card required, and a discount pop-up on the same page offers "up to 40% off your annual plan" while saying that offer is billed in full. Pay monthly until a few live quotes have gone out through it.

Costs on Top of the Plan Price

The pricing page is blunt about it. "Payment processing fees, extra IQ Credits and optional services are separate from the subscription price." Processing is the one to chase, because we didn't find the card and ACH rate on the pages we read. Ask for it before you move payments over. For example, on a $400 job every percentage point is $4.

Extra users are $25 a month each on every plan. Each plan includes 500 to 8,000 IQ credits a month (see the table above), which QuoteIQ says "power the AI features." Call minutes on the Virtual Call Team and each AI estimate from the Estimate Generator burn credits, in QuoteIQ's words "Uses credits per call minute" and "Uses credits per AI estimate." Unused credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over, and we found no price for buying more.
